هو إطار عمل مطور يدير الاتصالات والموافقة ومشاركة البيانات الصحية بين تطبيقات الطرف الثالث وتطبيق آبل هيلث (Apple Health)، ويطلب التطبيق إذن مستخدم آمناً من خلال إعدادات نظام آي أو إس (iOS) لمنح المستخدمين التحكم في البيانات التي تتم مشاركتها مع التطبيق.
تم تقديم مجموعة آبل الصحية لتمكين مطوري التطبيقات من بناء تجارب صحية جديدة وجذابة من خلال الوصول إلى البيانات الصحية لمستخدميهم واستخدامها، إذ يسمح للمطورين بالحصول على البيانات الصحية مثل الخطوات أو النشاط أو النوم أو معدل ضربات القلب وتخطيط القلب من تطبيق آبل هيلث (Apple Health).
بعد منح الإذن لتطبيق الصحة آبل هيلث (Apple Health)، يستخدم التطبيق أجهزة استشعار ومعالجات حركية في جهاز آيفون (iPhone) أو الأجهزة القابلة للارتداء والأجهزة الذكية المتصلة لجمع البيانات الصحية مثل قياس عدد الخطوات وضغط الدم ووزن الجسم ودورة النوم ومستويات الغلوكوز، وبهذه الطريقة يتم جمع البيانات الصحية واستعراضها أخيراً في تطبيق آبل هيلث (Apple Health).
